hi the ending of 22 Feb

So it is almost the ending of today, and I still haven't don't all the thing, I will try in the following two hours

1. finish proposal and send it to marijn and stijn (not yet, some progress much slower than i thought)
   
2. finish my cv online ( not yet)
   
3. make a cv for me (not yet)
   
4. XianJian, get YuFoZhu (done, hehe)
   
5. try a online game (not yet, delete)
   
6. try my portable harddisk again ( yes, it is broken)
   
7. email ji feng for invitation ( done)
   
8. email fengning ask about booking hostel (done)
9. Greeting selene (done)

And I just came back from gym, I will try to record my physical limit, and after every month I could see my progress or no progress at all .
so bench lifting No.3+No 2, maybe 4 set 10 each
practicing bi, 30kg, 3 sets 8 each
practicing tri....... haven't try today
practicing back 3 small 3 big 6 sets 10 each
leg I could reach the bottom i guess
chest inside the big one , 2 sets 8 each
chest top , the normal one plus a small one 6 sets 8 each
